Step 1: Turn on the power switch of the multimeter, and rotate the multimeter gear to the appropriate range (200 ohms) in the ohm (Ω) block.
Step 2: Connect the red and black test leads to both ends of the resistor R1, observe the reading, and read the resistance value of 100Ω.
