A video microscope is a unique magnifying device that is different from other optical instruments. While other optical instruments can be observed directly through the eyepiece with the eyes, a video microscope is obviously different. It can also be classified as an electron microscope, which is commonly referred to as a video microscope by professionals.
What is the structure of a video microscope? That is to say, its structure includes a microscope, a universal bracket, and a camera, which are the four main accessories. Of course, there are also some other spare parts such as the microscope light source and some connecting lines. The microscope mainly refers to the lens, which is considered relatively expensive in the entire video microscope, equivalent to its core. Some good lenses are imported from abroad. Of course, with the rapid improvement of the domestic economy, domestic lenses are gradually approaching the world level; A universal bracket is a frame that supports a microscope lens, monitor, and camera. It has an iron plate underneath, a stainless steel pipe above, and a frame that supports both the monitor and the microscope and camera. This is the basic structure of a video microscope.
In addition, the use of video microscopes can be roughly divided into four parts:
First, prepare the major components of the video microscope and assemble the universal bracket. It is important to note that the brackets for the lens and camera should be placed below, and the bracket for supporting the monitor should be placed above for easy observation.
Install the lens on the universal bracket and into a circle to secure the lens. The lens is relatively fragile, so be careful when installing it. Then, install the camera on top of the lens and plug in the diameter of the interface. This step is very important, be very careful.
Thirdly, after installing the bracket and lens, fix the monitor in place. Once it is fixed, connect some connecting wires.
Fourthly, if you feel that the light is too dim after completing the previous steps, you can also install the light source on it, so that you can have enough light to observe the product.
