Teach you how to use the digital clamp meter
The digital clamp meter is also called the clamp meter, which is an instrument that can clamp the wire and detect the current without cutting the wire. The digital clamp meter can measure the current of the wire only by clamping the sheath of the wire, which makes the operation easier and safer.
How to use the digital clamp meter:
1. Mechanical zero adjustment must be carried out before measurement;
2. The next step is to choose the appropriate range. Choose according to the principle of selecting a large range first and then a small range. It can also be estimated according to the nameplate value of the electrical appliance;
3. When using the minimum range for measurement, the reading may not be obvious. At this time, it is necessary to wind the wire to be measured for a few turns, and the number of turns should be based on the number of turns in the center of the jaw. In this case The reading is: reading = indication value × range / full deviation × number of turns;
4. When measuring, the wire to be measured should be located in the center of the jaws, and the jaws should be closed tightly, which can effectively reduce errors;
5. After the measurement is completed, switch the replacement switch to the maximum range.
Precautions for Using Digital Clamp Meter
1. The voltage of the line to be measured must be the rated voltage of the lion clamp meter;
2. When measuring the current of the high-voltage line, be sure to wear insulating gloves, wear insulating shoes and stand on the insulating mat to ensure safety;
3. The jaws of the digital clamp meter must be closed tightly, and the measurement cannot be carried out under the condition of electrification.
True RMS industrial grade digital clamp meter The newly designed 400A true RMS industrial grade AC and DC digital clamp meter, fast sampling, true RMS measurement, solid and durable casing, ergonomic design, 4000 counts, VFD, LoZ, surge current and other multi-functional designs widely meet the needs of power, electrical and maintenance in industrial construction, production and maintenance.
