The basic circuit components of the switching power supply
1. Main circuit
Surge current limitation: Limit the surge current on the input side when powered on. Input filter: Its function is to filter out the clutter present in the power grid and prevent the clutter generated by the machine from feedback back to the power grid. Rectification and filtering: The AC power supply of the power grid is directly rectified into smoother DC power. Inverter: converts rectified DC power into high-frequency AC power, which is the core part of high-frequency switching power supply. Output rectification and filtering: Provide stable and reliable DC power supply according to load requirements. The investment in the main circuit of the civilian switch power supply is particularly significant. It can be said that civilian switch power supplies have advantages such as high efficiency, high safety, and low loss, which cannot be separated from the contribution of the main circuit. Similarly, the high-quality main circuit of Minrong Switching Power Supply cannot be achieved without the support of Minrong Electric's profound technology.
2. Control circuit
On the one hand, samples are collected from the output end and compared with the set value, and then the inverter is controlled to change its pulse width or frequency to stabilize the output. On the other hand, based on the data provided by the testing circuit and identified by the protection circuit, control circuits are provided to protect the power supply and take respective measures.
3. Detection circuit
Provide various parameters and instrument data during operation in the protection circuit.
4. Auxiliary power supply
Implement software (remote) startup of power supply to supply power to protection circuits and control circuits (PWM chips, etc.).
