The basic principle of a linear power supply

Linear power supply main circuit of the working process is the input power supply first by the pre-regulator circuit for the initial AC voltage regulator, through the main work of the transformer isolation rectifier converted into DC power supply, and then through the control circuit and single-chip microprocessor controller under the control of the intelligence of the linear adjustment components for fine tuning, so that the output of high-precision DC voltage source.

, power transformer and rectifier: 380V AC power into the required DC power.

,Pre-regulation circuit: using relay components or thyristor components on the input AC or DC voltage pre-adjustment and initial stabilisation, so as to reduce the power consumption of the linear adjustment components, improve work efficiency. And ensure that the output voltage source of high precision and high stability.

,Linear adjustment element: the filtered DC voltage is finely adjusted, so that the input voltage reaches the required value and accuracy requirements.

, filtering circuit: the DC power supply pulsating wave, interference, noise to prevent the maximum, and absorption, so as to ensure that the output voltage of the DC power supply low ripple, low noise, low interference.

, microcontroller control system: single chip microprocessor controller on the detected signals for comparison, judgement, calculation, analysis and other processing, and then issue the appropriate control instructions to make the DC regulated power supply regulator system as a whole work properly, reliably, and coordinately.

, auxiliary power supply and reference voltage source: DC voltage regulator system to provide high-precision reference voltage source and electronic circuits need to work the power supply.

, voltage sampling and voltage regulation: detect the output voltage value of DC regulated power supply and set the output voltage value of regulated DC power supply.

, comparative amplifier circuit: the DC regulated power supply output voltage value and the reference source voltage comparison to obtain the error voltage signal, amplification and feedback and control of linear adjustment components to ensure that the output voltage is stable.

, current detection circuit: DC regulated power supply output current value for current limitation or protection control information.

, drive circuit: to drive the executable components and set the power amplifier circuit.

, display: DC regulated power supply output voltage value and output current value display.
