The basic steps of soldering with electric soldering iron are as follows:
1. In order to make the solder joints have good conductivity, first polish the tip of the soldering iron with sandpaper. The strength should be light, and the tip of the soldering iron should not be excessively worn. Excessive wear makes it more likely to be oxidized.
2. Turn on the electric soldering iron and heat it. When the temperature can melt the solder, apply flux to the tip of the soldering iron, and then apply the solder evenly on the tip of the soldering iron.
3. Use the tip of the soldering iron to touch the solder joint. When the solder is immersed in the solder joint, slowly pull up the soldering iron.
4. After soldering, turn off the electric soldering iron and put it on the soldering iron stand. Be careful of being burned by residual heat.
5. Finally, the residual flux on the circuit board needs to be cleaned with alcohol, because the carbonized flux will affect the normal operation of the circuit.
