The difference between illuminance meter and uv illuminance meter
Both UV illuminometer and lux meter are instruments for measuring light intensity, but UV illuminometer measures the intensity of ultraviolet rays, while lux meter measures the light intensity of visible light. It seems that the name is similar, but the function is very different.
The UV illuminance meter is also called the ultraviolet radiation meter, and the main units are mW/cm2 or uW/cm2. According to the band of ultraviolet rays, it can be divided into UVA, UVB, UVC, etc., and ultraviolet rays of different bands are used in different occasions.
