The disadvantages of high ambient temperatures for micromoisture testers
Summer is coming, the weather temperature increases, in the high temperature environment conditions, dust, humidity, noise, interference; in such an environment is bound to produce a number of unfavourable factors on the trace moisture detector, the following briefly introduces to you:
(1) If the ambient temperature is higher than 60 degrees, the Karl Fischer electrolyte will have a great impact, first of all, the volatility of the reagents, high temperature reagents will be a large number of volatile, resulting in loss, and secondly, the instrument electrolysis of moisture in the process of the instrument, the temperature is too high for the instrument's electrolysis time, speed, repeatability, stability, resulting in a certain impact.
(2) Poor use of the environment, the increase in external interference, the measurement of the electrode signal acquisition and transmission difficulties, anti-interference ability is weakened, resulting in inaccurate determination of moisture instrument.
(3) trace moisture detector within the main board of the electronic components, more than its heat tolerance, heat resistance weakened, while the enhancement of thermal radiation, easy to burn part of the electronic components, resulting in unstable performance of the instrument main board.
(4) high-temperature and high humidity environment increased air moisture, the sample absorption of water to increase the chances of determining the results will have a large error, resulting in inaccurate measurements.
High-temperature environment, the use of trace moisture detector will have such and such uncertainties, so it is recommended that users placed in the installation of air-conditioned laboratory, open the air-conditioning before the determination of samples to cool down dehumidification, to avoid high temperatures on the instrument's interference.
