The second-level alarm of flammable or toxic gas warns that a large amount of toxic gas has been released in the site, which has reached a dangerous level. The person in charge of the device, production dispatching and fire department should be notified by phone, and emergency rescue measures should be initiated quickly. The staff who enter the toxic gas secondary alarm site must wear positive pressure air respirators to ensure their own protection. There are no less than 2 people, and the post personnel wearing positive pressure air respirators are isolated in the alarm area according to the alarm point. , to warn irrelevant personnel not to enter, and at the same time evacuate relevant people in time, and investigate and deal with the leakage point in time and deal with it. The alarm signal of the toxic gas alarm controller can be maintained and manually eliminated. Manually stop the alarm is allowed only after the treatment measures are confirmed. The alarm controller should have fault diagnosis and alarm functions such as disconnection, detector failure, and power supply undervoltage. The alarm signal should be different from the alarm signal of flammable and toxic gases. When a fault alarm occurs, the instrument maintenance personnel should be notified immediately for on-site disposal.


The combustible gas alarm controller shall be able to directly or indirectly receive alarm signals from combustible gas detectors and other alarm trigger devices, send out combustible gas sound and light alarm signals, indicate the alarm location, record the alarm time, and keep it until manually reset . For special places where it is known that the concentration of toxic gas in the air often or continuously exceeds the alarm setting value, it is not necessary to set up fixed toxic gas detection alarm points. If it is necessary to enter the workplace due to work, relevant personnel should be equipped with portable toxic gas detection and alarm devices, positive pressure air respirators and chemical protective clothing, and other gas masks are not allowed.


When there are gas alarm signals, fault signals, and shielding signals input, the alarm controller shall send information such as time, location, name, signal category and location of the input signal to the graphic display device in the fire control room within 3s and have a transmission status indication.
