Acute poisoning accidents occur frequently in the production process of enterprises, and the concentration of toxic gases in many workplaces greatly exceeds the national standard, seriously threatening the health of workers.
Toxic gas detectors are suitable for chemical, pharmaceutical, municipal, water treatment, telecommunications, archaeology, laboratories, cold storage, brewing and other places. The functions of toxic gas detectors are mainly reflected in five aspects, namely: gas leakage, environmental safety , equipment maintenance, safety maintenance and emergency testing, including:

3. Environmental safety: When workers want to work in dangerous places with toxic gases, they need to detect the composition and concentration of harmful gases in the environment to ensure environmental safety.
4. Safety maintenance: regularly detect the gas composition and concentration in the working environment, and do a good job of safety maintenance.
5. Emergency detection: When a failure occurs on the production site, it is necessary to detect harmful gases or liquids (steam) for safety and sanitation.
In the use of toxic gas detectors, we should ensure its accuracy, which requires us to pay attention to the following two points in daily use:
1. During the use of the toxic gas detector, attention should be paid to anti-electromagnetic interference, and errors will also occur if there is electromagnetic interference during use.
2. Do not place or hang items on the detector of the toxic gas detector. The installed gas detector cannot move the position of the device at will. When purchasing, try to choose a replaceable product with a sensor probe, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement.
