The method of digital multimeter to measure the voltage of live wire to ground
The voltage of the live wire to the ground will be close to the phase voltage of 220v, and the voltage of the neutral wire to the ground will be close to zero
Detection method:
In the presence of voltage:
The multimeter <voltage range> takes 220V single-phase electricity as an example. Assume that fire is A, zero is B, and ground is C. First measure the voltage of A and B, then measure the voltage of A and C, and then measure the voltage of B and C. Such as A and B and A and C have voltage. If the voltage between A and B is slightly greater than the voltage between A and C, there is no voltage between B and C. Then use the multimeter <resistance gear> to measure the ground resistance of B and C, for example, the resistance of B is greater than that of C. It proves that fire is A. Zero is B. Earth is C.
