1. Use the host and temperature measuring probe to measure material temperature
Insert the plug of the temperature probe into the host socket, press the power switch, insert the metal rod of the temperature probe into the object being measured, with a depth of not less than half of its length, and read the temperature data on the host for about two minutes. When measuring the temperature of the mixture, in order to avoid excessive impact between the temperature measuring probe and hard objects in the mixture, which may affect the service life, a metal rod can be used to reserve a hole in the mixture first, and then the temperature measuring probe can be inserted into the hole for temperature measurement. The temperature probe should be wiped clean after each use.
2. Use the host and temperature measurement line to measure the temperature of large volume concrete
After determining the construction temperature measurement plan, appropriate length and specifications of temperature measurement lines can be selected based on the number and depth of temperature measurement points. For example, if the actual depth of temperature measurement points is 0.2m to 0.3m, a temperature measurement line with a specification of 0.5m can be selected; The actual temperature measurement point depth is 2.5m-2.8m, and a temperature measurement line with a specification of 3m can be selected, and so on. When embedding, steel bars and other components can be used as supports. The temperature measurement line should be tied to the support according to the distance between the longitudinal temperature measurement points. Thermal insulation treatment should be applied between the temperature sensor and the support. When pouring concrete, the support with tied temperature measurement lines should be implanted into the concrete. The temperature sensor should be located at the temperature measurement point, and the plug should be left outside the concrete and covered with a plastic bag to avoid moisture and maintain cleanliness. For ease of operation, the length of the wire left outside should be greater than 20cm. When measuring temperature, press the power switch of the host, insert the temperature measurement cable plug into the host socket, and the corresponding temperature measurement point will be displayed on the host display screen.
3. Use the host and temperature measurement line to measure the temperature of winter construction concrete
When pouring concrete, temperature measurement holes should be reserved according to the winter construction temperature measurement plan, and a temperature measurement line should be placed in each hole. The plug of the temperature measurement line should be left outside the hole and covered with a plastic bag to avoid moisture and maintain cleanliness. When measuring temperature, press the power switch of the host, insert the temperature measurement cable plug into the host socket, and the corresponding temperature measurement point will be displayed on the host display screen. After each stage of temperature measurement, store the temperature measurement line for future use.
