The principle of high-power regulated power supply
The high-power regulated power supply consists of a 12V power supply circuit, a voltage detection and control circuit, and an overvoltage protection circuit. The 12V power supply circuit is composed of the W4 and W5 windings of the regulating transformer T, the rectifier diode VDl-VD4, and the filtering capacitors Cl and C2. The voltage detection control circuit is composed of resistor R-R7, Potentiometer RPl, Rm, regulator diode VS, capacitor C3, C4 and operational amplifier IC (Nl-N3). The overvoltage protection circuit consists of N3 inside the IC, transistor V3, resistor Rl2, and relay K. The automatic voltage regulator consists of resistors R8-Rll, transistors Vl, V2, DC motor M, sliding contacts, and the Wl-W3 winding of T. After connecting the transmission end of the AC high-power stabilized power supply to the mains, an induced voltage is generated on the W4 and W5 windings of T. After VDl-VD4 rectification and Cl, C2 filtering, this voltage provides an unstable operating voltage of l2V for IC, Vl, V2, etc+ The voltage of 12V has other functions. After voltage division by Rl-R3 and voltage stabilization by VS, reference voltage is provided for the inverted input terminal of Nl-N3 respectively; Provide working power supply for K and V3 of overvoltage protection circuit Shen; After voltage division by R4, RP2, and R6, provide detection voltage for the positive phase input terminals of Nl and N2; After voltage division by R7, RPl, and R5, a detection voltage is provided for the positive phase input terminal of N3.
Precautions for use
1. To prevent magnetic leakage interference, the distance between high-power regulated power supply and equipment should not be less than 2 meters. Various magnetic records, discs, cards, etc. should be kept away from the machine by 2 meters to prevent accidental magnetization
2. High power regulated power supplies generally include input terminals (A, B, C), output terminals (a, b, c, n), shielding, and iron core shell grounding terminals. These terminals are correctly connected in the regulated system
3. If the load imbalance degree exceeds 20 [%], a resistive load shall be paralleled in one phase of light load to balance it. Similarly, if the line voltage imbalance degree at the input end is greater than 10 [%], the voltage stabilizing performance of the machine will also be affected. At this time, a single-phase Pressure regulator shall be set at the input end to basically balance the line voltage at the input end. The balance degree of input voltage and load shall not exceed the above range, and the output line voltage imbalance shall be ≤ 5 [%]
When there is a short circuit in the load device, the user needs to shut down the device for inspection, eliminate the short circuit fault, and then restart it again
When the continuous working time is long, the machine has a certain temperature rise, and its indicated value will slightly decrease, slightly lower than the actual voltage value
6. It should be placed in a well ventilated location. If the ventilation conditions are poor, please install a ventilation fan indoors
