Installation of brush knob
1. Take out the spring and steel balls, put them into Vaseline oil, put the lubricated spring into the small hole of the brush knob, and the steel balls will stick to the top of the spring. Never lose it.
2. Observe the brush knob installation area on the back of the panel. It consists of 3 brush knob fixing clips, 2 brush rotating steel positioning arcs, 1 steel ball installation groove and 1 petal-shaped steel ball rolling groove.
3. Place the brush knob flat on the panel, paying attention to the direction of the brush placement. Gently push it with a screwdriver to make the steel ball get stuck in the petal groove, roll it out carefully, and press the brush knob into the fixing card evenly with your fingers.
4. Turn the panel to the front, gently put the gear switch knob on the small handle protruding from the round hole, turn the knob slowly, and check whether the brush knob is installed correctly. You can hear "click" and "click". "Click" positioning sound.
If you can't hear it, it means the steel ball is lost or fell into the gap between the brush knob and the panel. The gear switch cannot be positioned and needs to be dismantled and reinstalled.
5. Gently remove the gear switch knob, gently push the handle in the small hole with your hand, and at the same time gently pull the three positioning cards with your hand on the opposite side. The force must be light and even to avoid breaking the positioning card. Be careful. The steel ball cannot roll away.
Installation of gear switch
1. After the brush knob is installed correctly, turn it to the upward position of the brush installation card, put the white line of the gear switch knob upward on the small handle of the front brush knob, and press it downward.
2. If it is found that the white wire is in the opposite direction to the brush installation card, it must be removed and reinstalled. When dismantling, use a flat-blade screwdriver to pry it gently and symmetrically, in the order of left, right, up and down, to pry it off.
Pay attention to using light and symmetrical force to avoid prying damage.
