The replacement and maintenance of the soldering iron tip.
(1) When changing to a new soldering iron head, please make sure the heat generator is cold first to avoid burning your hand.
(2)Turn the nut by hand in counterclockwise direction to remove the sleeve, if it is too tight, use pliers to clamp and gently rotate.
(3)Clean out the debris in the body of the heat generator and replace it with a new iron head, and heat it in accordance with the second subparagraph (2) of the sixth item.
(4) If there is a soldering iron head jammed situation occurs, do not pull it out to avoid injury to the heat generator. At this time, use rust remover to spray the stuck part and then gently rotate it with pliers.
(5) If the jamming situation is serious, please return it to the dealer for processing.
General Maintenance
(1) Plastic casing or metal parts can be wiped with stain remover in cool state, please do not intrude any liquid or let any liquid intrude into the machine.
(2) Do not knock or hit the soldering iron to avoid breakage or damage of the heater.
(3) If there is any oxide on the iron head during operation, it must be cleaned and wiped with asbestos immediately.
(4) Asbestos must be kept moist and cleaned every 4 hours.
(5) If there is any oxidized soldering iron head, 600~800 fine sandpaper should be used to remove the impurities, and then use tin to heat the coating; if this way still cannot exclude the oxidized phenomenon, the soldering iron head should be replaced immediately.
