The structure and usage of stereomicroscope

It is a binocular observation microscope that, in addition to being able to magnify the object being observed like a regular microscope, can also form a positive stereo image, with a stereoscopic sense, just like when we directly observe objects with our eyes. And it has a long work experience, a wide field of vision, and good imaging quality. The XTB-01 high-power stereo microscope has the characteristic of continuously changing magnification from 10 to 16 times. It is easy to operate and convenient to use, so it is suitable for experimental research work in factories, research departments, schools and other units. It is also suitable for the assembly, repair, and biological dissection of instruments and small precision parts. At present, this type of microscope has been widely used in the electronics industry.

The optical imaging system consists of an objective lens (2 x large objective lens 1 x --4 x zoom objective lens), a prism (semi pentagonal prism, right angle prism group), and an eyepiece. The left and right parts of the optical system are installed in the same mechanism, like two eyes directly observing objects, so it has a sense of three dimensionality. After the object is magnified * times by the objective lens, it is magnified again by the eyepiece. The continuous variation of its magnification is achieved by changing the air spacing of the zoom objective. The semi pentagonal prism rotates the direction of the light gate 45 degrees for easy observation, while the right angled prism group rotates the object forward, allowing the eyepiece to observe an upright image on the plane, thereby aligning with the orientation of the object.

Usage of stereomicroscope:
(1) Based on the color of the object, choose one of the black and white sides of the workbench, and place the object to be observed on the workbench.

(2) Choose the appropriate magnification and replace with the desired eyepiece (10 x or 20 x). If observed below 80 times, the 2x large objective can be removed with an effective working distance of 85mm. If a 2x large objective is added with a magnification of 160 x, the effective working distance is 25mm. By adjusting the working distance, the locking handwheel 7 can be loosened and the movable pillar 6 can be pulled out or pressed in to achieve this.

(3) During operation, move the object to the center position of the workbench (14). Rotate the lifting handwheel 5 so that the left eyepiece can see the blurred object. If the image of the right eyepiece is not clear, you can rotate the eyepiece focusing ring to obtain the same clear image as the left eyepiece. This way, you can see clear objects with a three-dimensional sense. In this way, the focusing work is basically completed. To obtain the magnification string of Daodang, you can rotate the turntable 9 to change the magnification of the zoom objective lens. The magnification of the variable magnification can be read on reading circle 10. If necessary, adjust the right angled prism group 4 to change the distance between the eyepieces to suit the observer's binocular distance for observation. Loosen the locking screw 11 to rotate the microscope around the axis in any position.
