The usage method of electromagnetic wave radiation detector

 

1. Press the "power switch" briefly to turn on the device, which defaults to "magnetic field radiation intensity" detection. If it exceeds 2 milligauss, an alarm will sound; Press and hold the "detection mode switch" for a long time, and after about two seconds, switch to "electric field radiation intensity" detection.


Attention: This instrument is a high-precision measuring instrument. Due to the Earth's magnetic field, the instrument may occasionally display very brief numerical values or give an alarm, which is not a fault phenomenon.


2. Hold the electromagnetic radiation detector in your hand, align the "testing area" with the object to be tested, and slowly move close to it until you actually come into contact with it. The closer you get to the object to be tested, the stronger the electromagnetic or electric field will increase, and the faster the alarm frequency will be.


3. In measurement, trying to change the angle and position of the instrument to the object being measured can obtain the maximum reading value.


4. If the power of the tested item is turned off during measurement, the reading value should return to zero in the "magnetic field radiation intensity detection" mode; In the "electric field radiation intensity detection" mode, certain items can still detect electromagnetic wave signals, which belong to the external electromagnetic wave signals received by the item and are not harmful to the human body.


5. Press "Alarm Settings" briefly to set the alarm sound on and off.


6. Press "Peak Lock" briefly to set the peak lock function on and off. The peak locking function can lock the maximum value during the detection process.
