There are six main types of special objective lenses according to their usage

1) Phase contrast objective is a specialized lens for phase contrast microscopy (although it can also be used routinely).
The characteristic is to install a phase plate at the rear focal plane of the objective lens, which has achieved the goal of delaying light waves.

2) The correction collar objective is equipped with a circular adjustment ring in the objective lens. When turning the adjustment ring, it is adjustable
The distance between the lens groups inside the objective lens (usually the second and third groups of lenses) is used to correct for coverage caused by non-standard cover glass thickness
Poor.

3) The iris diaphragm objective is equipped with a iris diaphragm on the upper part of the objective tube, and the outer part is also rotatable
The adjustment ring can adjust the size of the aperture when rotating. This structure is the most advanced oil immersed objective.

4) The strain free objective overcomes the presence of stress in the assembly of lens groups and is designed specifically for transmissive purposes
The objective lens used for polarizing mirror inspection can achieve better polarizing mirror inspection results.

5) A non fluorescent objective is an objective designed specifically for use on a falling beam fluorescence microscope. This type of objective, even when subjected to
When a strong excitation light source is used, it does not emit fluorescence.

6) No cover objective. Some objects to be tested, especially smears and slides, cannot be covered with a cover glass
During microscopic examination, uncovered objective lenses should be used, otherwise the image quality will significantly decrease, especially at high magnification.
