Things to keep in mind about the four-in-one gas detector
1. The four-in-one gas detector has a warm-up time when it is turned on, please wait patiently.
2. It is strictly prohibited to use the detector outside the specified operating temperature range of the instrument. If the temperature is too high or too low, the sensor may be damaged.
3. Keep the testing instrument dry and avoid contact with water drops. And avoid direct contact with corrosive liquids.
4. For testing instruments that have not been dust-proofed, do not use the instrument in an environment with high dust density.
5. Check the overall appearance of the instrument and the integrity of the battery power. At the same time, in order to ensure the accuracy of the detection, it is necessary to conduct a quick test to detect the correctness and accuracy of the instrument sensor's response to gas.
6. Check the air tightness of the pump suction system. After opening the instrument, the air inlet terminal of the pump suction system was blocked. If the sampling probe rod points to the instrument and a pump flow obstruction alarm is sent, it means that the air tightness of the instrument pump system is normal, otherwise the instrument cannot be used.
7. Frequently check whether the air inlet of the detector is leaking or blocked, and keep the air inlet open.
8. It is strictly prohibited to use a gas detector to detect an environment with unknown concentration, so as to avoid the on-site concentration exceeding the sensor range and damaging the sensor.
9. For gas detectors that have not been dust-proofed, they need to be used in places with large dust. Please use gauze or paper towels to place on the air inlet.
10. If there is an abnormality in the gas detector, please communicate with the manufacturer's technical personnel in a timely manner. Do not disassemble or repair the detector without permission.
11. Try to check the four-in-one gas detector after work every day, and record the results of each check to find and solve problems in time.
12. Adhere to all maintenance. Use a soft cloth to clean the instrument case. Do not use corrosive chemicals such as solvents, soaps or polishes for cleaning.
13. It is strictly prohibited to immerse the instrument in liquid.
14. Maintenance requires professional and qualified personnel to operate. Before operation, you must understand all the contents of the user manual and operate safely.
15. If the instrument is exposed to flammable gas or a specific environment for a long time, it should be calibrated every day and replaced if necessary.
16. The filtration device of the pumping system should be checked regularly, mainly to check whether the filter membrane in the pumped product has failed. The way to judge the fault is to observe the color change of the filter membrane. The color of the clean membrane is pure white, and the color of the ineffective filter membrane is yellow-black.
