To ensure the service life and reliability of the system, observe the following precautions:
① The laboratory shall meet three protection requirements: shockproof (keep away from vibration sources), moisture-proof (use air
conditioners and dryers), dust-proof (lay floor boards on the ground); Power supply: 220V±10%, 50Hz; Temperature range: 0℃ to 40℃.
② Take care not to let the objective lens touch the specimen during focusing to avoid scratching the objective.
③ Do not switch objectives when the center of the circular hole on the stage spacer deviates far from the center of the objective, so as to prevent scratching the objective.
④ Avoid sudden fluctuations or excessive brightness during brightness adjustment. Excessive brightness shortens bulb service life and harms eyesight.
⑤ Operate all function switches gently and ensure they are fully engaged.
⑥ Turn the brightness to the minimum before powering off.
⑦ Non-professional personnel shall not adjust the illumination system (filament position lamp), otherwise the imaging quality will be affected.
⑧ Beware of high temperature when replacing halogen lamps to prevent burns; do not touch the glass body of the halogen lamp directly with hands.
⑨ When the microscope is powered off and not in use, lower the objective lens to the lowest position via the focusing mechanism.
⑩ Do not cover with the dust cover immediately after shutdown. Wait until the unit cools down, and take fire prevention precautions.
⑪ Optical components that are not frequently used shall be stored in a desiccator.
⑫ Non-professional personnel shall not attempt to clean objective lenses or other optical components. The eyepiece can be cleaned with degreased cotton swabs dipped in a 1:1 mixture of anhydrous alcohol and ether (shake off excess liquid before wiping). Do not use other liquids, which may damage the eyepiece.
