If you want to solder a circuit board, it is best to use a constant temperature soldering iron of around 40-60W, which can adjust the constant temperature and is very convenient to use. It is best to ground the grounding wire of the soldering iron. Dry clothes in winter can easily generate static electricity. Welding circuit boards requires the use of fine solder wire, which melts quickly, makes it easy to grasp the size of solder joints, and improves the welding quality.


If you want to solder large solder joints in electrical appliances, a low-power soldering iron is not enough. The temperature cannot reach the melting point of the solder and cannot be completely melted, which is prone to false soldering. Therefore, the soldering iron power should be at least 100W or above.


Before welding, it is necessary to adjust the appropriate temperature and master welding techniques.
