Troubleshooting of industrial ph meter controller
The electrode of the industrial ph meter controller shows no fluctuation when measuring PH value, or ph = 7.00 can be adjusted in place when the industrial pH meter controller is correcting, but PH=4.01 cannot be adjusted in place, and generally it cannot be further adjusted when it is lowered to PH5~6. These common troubleshooting steps are as follows:
1. The junction box of the industrial ph meter controller is affected with moisture: Open the junction box cover of the industrial ph meter controller, check whether there is water or moisture in the box, ensure that the box is dry, and check that the sealing performance of all parts of the junction box is in place, and then correct OK, otherwise refer to Step 2.
2. Incorrect wiring of the electrode cable of the industrial ph meter controller: Open the rear cover of the host computer and the junction box cover of the industrial ph meter controller, and check whether the wiring of the electrode cable of the ph meter is correct. The common problem is that the black conductive rubber in the cable is not completely stripped, including two places in the junction box and one place in the rear cover of the host computer, making sure to strip it, and rewiring it to correct it. Otherwise, refer to Step 3.
3. Semi-transparent insulation layer of copper inner conductor of industrial ph meter controller, black conductive rubber, black insulation outer layer of copper mesh wire 3. Discharge the ph meter electrode extension cable when the electrode sheath tube enters the water, move the ph meter electrode together with the whole sheath to the main machine, and directly connect the center conductor and mesh wire of the ph meter electrode to the GLASS and REF terminals of the industrial ph meter controller main machine, and make correction. Please refer to step 5. Otherwise, cut off the cable part of the ph meter electrode exposed in the junction box, re-open the cable according to the requirements of step 2, and then connect it to the host computer for correction. Otherwise, open the sheath of the ph meter electrode for inspection, and replace the ph electrode if water enters the sleeve, the ph meter electrode is wet or damaged.
4. The ph meter electrode of the industrial ph meter controller is damaged: Check whether the ph meter electrode is broken, and if so, replace the ph meter electrode.
5. If the extension cable of the industrial ph meter controller is damaged and enters the water, if the correction is OK for * * times, cut off the extension cable exposed in the junction box, re-open the cable according to the requirements of step 2, and correct it after connection, otherwise the extension cable needs to be replaced.
