Two Basic Numerical Control DC Stabilized Power Supply Circuits

A digitally controlled DC stabilized power supply circuit uses control buttons and digital circuits to select and control 4 groups of output voltages (+5V, +6V, +9V and +12V) of the DC power supply. It is more convenient to use than a DC regulated power supply that uses a multi-tap transformer or a multi-speed switch to select multiple groups of voltage outputs.

This digitally controlled DC stabilized power supply circuit is controlled by light touch buttons and digital integrated circuits. Its output voltage range is 1·5-37V, which is divided into low voltage (1·5-15V) and high voltage (16·5-37V) ) Two gears, can choose different output voltages arbitrarily and reversibly with 1·5V as the step voltage. The NC DC stabilized power supply circuit is composed of power input conversion circuit, +5V stabilized voltage circuit, stabilized voltage output circuit, working state indicating circuit and control circuit.

There are many classification methods for regulated power supplies. According to the type of output power, there are DC regulated power supplies and AC regulated power supplies; according to the connection mode between the regulated circuit and the load, there are series regulated power supplies and parallel regulated power supplies; There are linear regulated power supply and switching regulated power supply according to the working state; there are simple regulated power supply and feedback regulated power supply according to the circuit type. There are so many classification methods that often make beginners confused and don't know where to start. In fact, it should be said that there is a certain level of relationship between these seemingly numerous classification methods. As long as this level is clarified, the type of power supply can be clearly distinguished.

Circuit function: input AC voltage 220V/0.5A. Output voltage 5V and continuous adjustable voltage 1.5V ~ 30V/1.5A two sets of direct current.

Circuit production: 1. The finished product is packed into a product with a metal box or a plastic box. 2. Voltmeter V, ammeter A and potentiometer Rw for adjusting voltage are installed on the panel of the packing box. 3. The power transformer is fixed on the base of the packing box, and the circuit board is fixed on the base of the packing box. 4. Install radiators on the three-terminal regulator integrated blocks 7805 and 317 for voltage regulation. 5. The output wires of the DC power supply are of different lengths.

Circuit principle: the output voltage value can be arbitrarily set and work normally below the rated output voltage value. The steady current value of the output current can be set arbitrarily and work normally below the rated output current value. The voltage and current status of the DC stabilized power supply can be automatically converted and have corresponding status indications. Accurate display and identification are required for output voltage and current values. For DC regulated power supplies with precise requirements for output voltage and current values, multi-turn potentiometers and voltage and current trimming potentiometers are generally used, or direct digital input. There must be a complete protection circuit. The DC regulated power supply should not be damaged when a short circuit occurs at the output end or in an abnormal working state, and it can work normally immediately after the abnormal situation is eliminated.
