Trouble 1: Unable to detect low-concentration gas Solution:
1. Check whether the air inlet is blocked by inhalation for 5 seconds;
2. The zero point is calibrated with nitrogen or clean air, and then detected;
3. If the measured gas cannot be detected after zero calibration, the factory settings must be restored;
4. If the above steps have been carried out, but cannot be detected, it is necessary to confirm whether the measured gas exists on the site, or the concentration of the measured gas is indeed very low. If it is lower than the small detection accuracy of the gas sensor, it cannot be detected.
Fault 2: There is no measured gas in the air, but the value fluctuates greatly or jumps randomly Solution:
1. A large range with a short-term zero fluctuation range of less than 1% belongs to the normal range, and a large range with a long-term drift of less than 2% belongs to the normal range, when there is no gas to be measured. If it exceeds this range, it is necessary to confirm whether there is a gas to be measured on site, or the temperature and humidity in the air fluctuate greatly, resulting in unstable values;
2. Confirm whether the instrument performs zero-cross calibration or target calibration. If the zero-point calibration is performed where gas is to be measured, low-concentration gas may not be detected. If the calibration of the target point is carried out in the occasion where the gas needs to be measured, but the calibrated concentration value is inconsistent with the actual concentration value, the instrument value may fluctuate greatly or the detected value is small, which is the reason why the restoration of the factory operation can solve the two situations;
3. If the problem cannot be solved, you need to confirm whether the gas sensor is affected by high-concentration gas or high-concentration gas. If the gas sensor is impacted, the instrument will be turned on and aged for 24 hours. If the value is unstable, the gas sensor may be damaged by impact, and the gas sensor needs to be replaced.
