2, pay attention to the measurement of before the surface of the measured part of the burr and knock marks
The measured parts may produce some burrs and knocks in the process, use and transport, these defects are not easy to be detected, but in the measurement of the Universal Tool Microscope is easy to cause alignment errors or cause the measurement surface is not on the same focal plane and the formation of a certain local virtual shadow, thus affecting the accuracy of the measurement results, so be sure to thoroughly ** these surface burrs and knocks.
3,Pay attention to the correct installation of the measured parts
Universal tool microscope on the measured part of the installation form generally have two kinds.
(1) plane test piece placement. For plane test pieces of the main attention to be measured by the measured surface should be in the same focal plane, otherwise it is easy to form a local virtual shadow, for the measured surface chamfered parts, * good to let the chamfer face down, otherwise it is easy to cause focus is not clear, resulting in inaccurate measurement.
(2) Installation of shaft test pieces. Shaft measuring parts generally rely on the central hole positioning, before installation, be sure to clean the hole, in particular, to eliminate the sediment and burrs, otherwise it will cause the axis of the measured parts and the centre line of the instrument is not the same axis, which will bring a large measurement error.
