Utilization of a Temperature Sensor in Hot Film Anemometers
The hot-film anemometer is a thermal anemometer based on the hot-wire anemometer, which replaces the internal metal heating wire with a metal film. Its main measurement principle is: when the heating metal film is cooled by ventilation, the resistance of the metal film changes to measure the wind speed. Thermal anemometers are not only easy to carry, but also cost-effective. Most of the anemometers currently on the market use this type of working method. In the process of hot film anemometer detection, temperature is an indispensable parameter to obtain measurement results. Therefore, the temperature sensor has also become an essential and important component.
At present, the hot film anemometer mainly has two working modes: cross-flow type and constant temperature type. The constant current type keeps the energizing current of the heating film constant, and measures the wind speed through the change of the resistance temperature of the heating metal film at different wind speeds. The constant temperature type is to keep the temperature of the heating metal film constant, and measure the wind speed through the changing current. Regardless of the working method, it is necessary to detect the temperature of the heating film of the anemometer, or use a temperature sensor to measure the temperature of the heating film in real time, or monitor the heating film at a constant temperature to measure the wind speed.
The wind direction anemometer can realize multi-point synchronous detection, the probes are consistent, and the probe sockets of different parameters are interchangeable without affecting the accuracy. It has an automatic display function and is mainly composed of a pole, a wind vane, a wind cup and a wind direction and speed sensor. The direction of the wind vane is the direction of the incoming wind, and the wind speed is calculated according to the rotation speed of the wind cup. Compared with traditional manual detection methods, the data is more accurate and intuitive. Multi-point synchronous monitoring can improve work efficiency, so that preventive measures can be formulated early to ensure the stability of agricultural production.
With the wind direction anemometer, the wind speed can be understood by people. With the help of this instrument in agriculture, farmers can easily grasp the changes in the wind speed and direction of the farmland, and then make production adjustments based on the wind force to help plants grow better.
