Various Measurement Methods of Coating Thickness Gauge
The coating thickness gauge has two measurement modes: continuous measurement mode (CONTINUE) and single measurement mode (SINGLE);
There are two working modes: direct mode (DIRECT) and group mode (APPL);
There are five statistics: average value (MEAN), maximum value (MAX), minimum value (MIN), number of tests (NO.), standard deviation (S.DEV)
Zero-point calibration and two-point calibration can be performed, and the system error of the probe can be corrected by the basic calibration method;
1. With storage function: can store 300 measured values;
2. With delete function: delete a single suspicious data in the measurement, and also delete all the data in the storage area of the coating thickness gauge for new measurement;
3. The limit can be set: the measured value outside the limit can automatically alarm;
4. It has the function of communicating with the PC: the measured value and statistical value can be transmitted to the PC so that the coating thickness gauge can further process the data;
5. It has the function of power supply undervoltage indication; there is a buzzer prompt during the operation process; it has the function of error prompt; it has the function of automatic shutdown.
