What are the categories of tool microscopes
When the microscope is not in use, wrap it in a plastic bag, and then put 1-2 bags of desiccant in the plastic tape. The desiccant is usually in the box of Wangwang cookies or mooncakes, and there is desiccant. The microscope should be placed in a ventilated environment, and the objective lens should be wiped regularly.
A tool microscope is a very precise measuring instrument, and if not properly maintained, it will greatly reduce its service life and accuracy. The following are maintenance and upkeep suggestions provided
1. Environment:
It is best to place a tool microscope in a clean and tidy place, but there are many opportunities to use it in mechanical factories, so the following points should be noted:
(1) Generally, lighting should not exceed the necessary brightness.
(2) A place that will not be contaminated with oil.
(3) Places with less dust.
(4) Places with less vibration.
(5) A location where there will be no drastic temperature changes.
2. Glass components:
Glass parts should be kept clean at all times and should not be contaminated with dirt, otherwise the image may not be clear and the measurement accuracy may be reduced.
(1) Lens: It is important to avoid touching the lens with your hands. If there are hand lines or oil stains on the surface of the lens, you can use lens cleaner or gently wipe it with gauze soaked in alcohol. If you are not familiar with the lens, please do not disassemble it casually. Slight dust will not affect the measurement effect.
(2) Measuring pedestal glass: When placing the measuring object, it is most likely to damage the glass surface in this area, so special attention should be paid. If there is oil stains or dust, please wipe with a soft cloth. Also, great attention should be paid to the use of object lenses and observation lenses. When disassembling the observation lens from the microscope, it is easy to get dust on the active focal length of the microscope, so even if not in use, the observation lens should be installed on the microscope.
3. Electrical components:
The tool microscope must use a relatively high voltage current. If the contact is poor, it is easy to generate heat and pose a danger. Therefore, it must be checked at any time, and in principle, the host must be grounded.
4. Consumables and accessories:
Bulbs and power fuses are consumables, and spare parts should be prepared for replacement when purchasing. The most important attachment is the measuring table glass, and spare parts must also be prepared.
