1. The number cannot be displayed correctly
If the gas detector has been used for a long time, or it has not been calibrated for a long time, there will be a problem of incorrect readings. We all know that the gas detector is mainly detected by the internal sensor. The sensor has a certain life. When used for a certain number of times After that, the sensitivity of the sensor decreases, which affects the detection result. In addition, if the calibration is not carried out for a long time, the test results will also be affected.
2. The gas detector cannot inhale
This type of problem mainly occurs on pump-aspirated gas detectors. A small suction pump inside the detector is used to inhale gas for detection. Once the suction pump is damaged or other failures, the gas detector will not be able to inhale. This problem is easy to deal with, and a new suction pump can be replaced.
3. The gas detector fails
Such faults are prone to occur in special working environments, such as the presence of a lot of dust and oil in the detection environment, which will contaminate the gas detector and lead to failure. In such an environment, the gas detector needs to be cleaned.
