What are the sampling methods for VOC gas detectors
At present, there are three sampling methods for VOC detectors, namely diffusion sampling, pump sampling, and pipeline sampling.
1. Diffusion type
The so-called diffusion type refers to the online continuous detection of VOC and the free diffusion type detection method;
Diffusion sampling is mainly detected through the natural flow of gas. When the gas enters the gas chamber of the detector, the instrument automatically senses and provides real-time feedback on monitoring values to achieve the purpose of detection.
2. Pump suction type
The external air pump is equipped with a flow adapter for inlet and outlet air or an internal air pump to achieve pump suction detection (air pump optional);
That is to say, pump suction sampling is the gas sensor chamber part where the detector adds an additional suction pump and quickly sucks the gas into it based on the suction force of the pump, in order to achieve detection. (The vacuum pump samples imported vacuum pumps, providing stable and long-lasting suction airflow, and has a long lifespan, low noise, and 5-speed adjustable speed.)
3. Probe rod type
The probe type sampling is carried out by pumping and equipped with a 1M long freely retractable metal rod for sampling, which has a detection effect of "going from heaven to earth".
