1. Unable to display numbers correctly
If the gas detector has been used for a long time, or if it has not been calibrated for a long time, there will be a problem of display error. We all know that the gas detector is mainly detected by the internal sensor. The sensor has a certain life span. When it is used for a certain number of times Afterwards, the sensitivity of the sensor decreases, thereby affecting the detection results. In addition, if the calibration is not performed for a long time, the test results will also be affected.
2. The gas detector cannot inhale
This type of problem mainly occurs on pump-suction gas detectors. A small aspirating pump inside the detector is used to inhale gas for detection. Once the aspirating pump is damaged or other faults, the gas detector will not be able to inhale. This problem is easy to solve, just replace the aspirating pump with a new one.
3. Gas detector failure
Such failures are prone to occur in special working environments. For example, there is a lot of dust and oil in the detection environment, which will contaminate the gas detector and cause failure. In such an environment, the gas detector needs to be cleaned.
Gas detector maintenance precautions
1. Check the gas flow rate, the value should not be too large or too small.
2. Check whether there is any air leakage in the gas system.
3. The sampling probe is cleaned, and the pipeline of the sampling hole is dredged.
4. Check whether the condenser works normally, and usually adjust the temperature within 3 degrees Celsius.
5. Check the measuring chamber to see if it is dirty, and clean it in time.
