What is the maintenance method of the acid-base concentration meter?

The acid-base concentration meter measures the concentration of the solution indirectly by measuring the conductivity of the solution. It is known that at a certain constant temperature, the conductivity of the low-concentration electrolyte corresponds to the concentration of the solution. When the temperature changes, the conductivity also changes, ie the concentration of the solution is a function of conductivity and temperature.

It uses a conductance electrode sensor for measurement (the concentration electrode material is platinum), in order to avoid electrode polarization, the instrument generates a high-stability sine wave signal and adds it to the electrode, and the current flowing through the electrode is proportional to the concentration of the measured solution. The current flowing through the electrode is measured by the preamplifier and converted into a voltage signal, and the voltage signal reflecting the concentration value is obtained after program-controlled amplification, phase-sensitive detection and filtering; the microprocessor alternately samples the temperature signal and the concentration signal through switching, After calculation and temperature compensation calculation, it is converted and displayed as the measured concentration value and real-time temperature value at 25°C.

Maintenance method of acid-base concentration meter:

1. When the instrument is not in use, the power should be cut off in time, and it should be placed in a clean, dust-free and dry environment.

2. After each experiment, the surface of the instrument, the electrode interface of the acid-base concentration meter and the temperature interface should be wiped clean and kept in a dry state.

Maintenance of acid-base concentration meter electrodes:

1. The electrodes should be cleaned frequently to ensure that they are free from contamination and blockage.

2. After cleaning the electrode each time, use filter paper to blot the water droplets on the surface of the electrode, and then put it into the circulation cup.

3. When the electrode is not in use, it should be placed in a dry and dust-free environment.

3. pH water tester
