What is the principle of the door type infrared thermometer?
The portal thermometer is composed of infrared optical lens, filter, sensor and electrical signal processing unit, etc., which can detect infrared radiation from the measured target;
And according to its radiation intensity to determine the temperature of the target, it can be easily installed in a variety of applications, especially suitable for installation in industrial environments that require long distances and strong interference.
The door-type infrared thermometer adopts a cast aluminum shell, which has good protection ability at the temperature measurement site.
This instrument measures the surface temperature of the forehead of the human body, and then obtains the actual body temperature of the human body according to the relationship between the temperature of the forehead and body temperature.
The optical components of the detector focus the energy emitted and reflected from the forehead to the sensor, and the electronic components convert this information into a temperature reading and display it on the display panel;
When the temperature reading exceeds the high temperature alarm value, the instrument will issue an alarm sound, and the red alarm light will light up at the same time, and the green alarm light will light up if the body temperature is normal.
working principle:
(1) All objects with a temperature higher than zero in nature are due to the thermal motion of molecules;
They are constantly radiating electromagnetic waves including infrared bands to the surrounding space, and their radiation energy density is proportional to the fourth power of the temperature of the object itself.
A small temperature change will cause a significant change in radiant energy, so the sensitivity of measuring the temperature of an object using infrared radiation is high.
(2) The infrared radiation characteristics of the human body are closely related to its surface temperature, and the human body mainly radiates infrared rays with a wavelength of 9-10 μm;
By measuring the infrared energy radiated by the human body itself, the surface temperature of the human body can be accurately determined.
Since the light in this wavelength range is not absorbed by the air, the infrared energy radiated by the human body can be used to accurately measure the surface temperature of the human body.
(3) The advantages of infrared temperature measurement technology are non-contact and fast measurement, and the test can be completed within 1 second.
Since the infrared thermometer only receives the infrared radiation energy emitted by the human body, without any other physical and chemical factors acting on the human body, it is harmless to the human body.
Infrared thermometer features:
Non-contact measurement, no contact with the human body, avoid cross-infection, no need for sanitation.
The detection speed is fast, generally less than 0.5 seconds.
The body surface temperature is automatically converted, and the measurement result of the forehead surface temperature is converted into the temperature of the armpit of the human body and displayed.
When the body temperature exceeds 38°, the display will automatically alarm, and the red light of the detector will flash, and at the same time, a buzzer will sound to remind the inspectors.
The temperature can be set by itself, such as 37.8°C.
The ambient temperature is automatically compensated to eliminate measurement errors caused by ambient temperature changes.
