For power plants and substations, this is a relatively important equipment. Since the failure of the DC power supply will cause accidents at any time, high requirements are placed on the reliability and stability of the DC power supply. Most conventional DC power supplies use silicon-controlled rectifiers. In recent years, many DC power supply manufacturers have introduced intelligent high-frequency switching power supplies. This power system has many advantages, such as safety, reliability, high automation, miniaturization and light weight, high overall efficiency and low noise generation, suitable for the development needs of the power grid, and it is worth using.


Currently, the DC power supply used in the Japanese power system is gradually changing from a traditional phase-controlled power supply to a modular high-frequency switching power supply. The functional principle of the high frequency switching power supply rectifier: the AC power supply is connected to the rectifier module. After filtering and three-phase full-wave rectification, it is connected to a high frequency inverter circuit for DC power and conversion. Connect the direct current to the high frequency alternating current, and finally let the high frequency pass. It realizes various operations of the module and four remote functions.


The high-frequency switching power supply rectifier module has automatic current sharing function in parallel operation mode. At the same time, it has over-current, over-voltage, instantaneous short-circuit protection, safe and reliable lightning protection measures, and can effectively withstand the impact of output short-circuit. In addition, multiple effective measures are taken to avoid interfering with the high-frequency power supply and harmonics on the AC grid side.
