After the soldering iron is energized, the temperature is as high as 250 degrees Celsius. Soldering iron tip overheating solution:

 

1. Cut off the power supply for cooling

4. Ordinary electric soldering irons can be made into a simple electric soldering iron stand. A micro switch is installed under the soldering iron stand. After the soldering iron is put on, a rectifier diode is connected in series to reduce the temperature. The soldering iron burned.

 

5. Natural cooling is better for the soldering iron tip, and forced cooling with cold water will shorten the service life of the soldering iron tip.

If the soldering iron is energized for a long time, the temperature will be too high and the service life will be shortened, and the soldering iron tip is easy to "burn out" and make it difficult to "eat tin". The energy consumption of the constant temperature soldering station is relatively low, because when the adjusted temperature is reached, the heating is not carried out, and the corresponding energy consumption is low, that is to say, the same welding effect, the soldering station consumes less electricity.
