What should I do if there is no response after the gas detector is ventilated?
First, there is gas on site, and the instrument responds slowly (very slowly). Judgment problem: Calibration expired or calibration has not been performed for a long time, resulting in errors. Solution: recalibrate the instrument.
Second, the life of the sensor has expired, and the sensitivity of the instrument is low. The solution: the sensor needs to be replaced.
Third, there is gas on site, but the instrument does not respond to judge the problem
1: There are interfering gases. If there are sulfides and silicides in the environment, it is easy to cause poisoning of the catalytic combustion sensor, resulting in no response to the gas detector.
Judgment problem 2: The sensor is damaged or invalid. Solution: The gas detector needs to be replaced with a new sensor or module.
Judgment problem 3: The circuit board may be damaged, usually the single chip microcomputer, op amp chip or signal board is damaged, just replace the damaged components.
The solution that the pump suction gas detector cannot detect when the concentration is low:
1. Check whether the pump is working. When the pump is working normally, there is a slight vibration, and you can feel obvious suction by blocking the air inlet with your fingers for 2 seconds. Then check whether the air inlet of the filter is blocked or the connection is not sealed well, resulting in air leakage without suction.
2. Introduce nitrogen gas to calibrate the zero point or calibrate the zero point in clean air, and test immediately after calibration. the
3. After the zero point is calibrated, the measured gas cannot be detected, and it is necessary to restore the factory settings.
4. If it cannot be detected after restoring the factory settings, it is necessary to re-introduce nitrogen gas or perform zero-point calibration in clean air, and perform detection immediately after calibration.
5. Check whether the connecting wire of the sensor is artificially damaged or not in good contact.
6. If the above steps are still not detected, it is necessary to confirm whether there is a gas to be measured on site, or the concentration of the gas to be measured is really low. If it is lower than the detection limit of the instrument, it cannot be detected.
