1. Places affected by steam and soot
The detector in the gas detector is a very sensitive part, and its probe can maintain a high degree of sensitivity in a clean environment. Therefore, when installing the gas detector, be sure to avoid places with oily smoke and steam, because If the oil fume adheres to the surface of the probe, it will not be able to contact with the outside air normally, and the moisture in the steam will cause the detector to rust, and if it continues for a long time, it will cause the detector to malfunction.
2. Where the temperature is too high or too low
When the temperature is lower than minus 40 degrees Celsius or higher than 70 degrees Celsius, the components of the gas detection alarm will be affected, resulting in errors in the accuracy of gas detection, and even serious damage to the gas detector itself , so when installing the detector, be careful not to install it in places with extreme temperatures.
3. Places with large air volume and fluidity
Regardless of the specific gravity of the gas, it will be gradually blown away and diluted under the circulation of the air. In such an environment, it is impossible to accurately measure the gas in the environment. Therefore, when installing a gas detector, avoid places with relatively large air flow, such as next to the ventilation fan, near the vent, and around the air supply port. Install the gas detector to bypass these places.
