Working principle of the DC switch mode power supply
DC switching power supply is used to control the switching tube through the circuit for high-speed conduction and cut-off. The alternating current will be provided to the transformer to transform into high-frequency direct current, thereby generating the required one or more voltage! Principle of operation
1. AC power input rectified and filtered into DC.
2. Through the high-frequency pWM (pulse width modulation) signal control switching tube, the DC added to the switching transformer on the primary.
3. The secondary switching transformer induces a high-frequency voltage, which is rectified and filtered and supplied to the load.
4. The output part is fed back to the control circuit through certain circuits to control the pWM duty cycle to achieve the purpose of stable output.

In the same power, the higher the switching frequency, the smaller the size of the switching transformer, but the higher the requirements of the switching tube.
