1.1 Introduction to the structure of electric soldering iron
It is mainly composed of two parts: automatic tin outlet and smoke removal device.
(1) The automatic tin discharge part consists of five parts: touch power-on device, high-temperature melting solder device, adjustable tin gun temperature device, automatic solder transfer device and automatic power-off device. Among them, temperature sensors, pressure sensors, etc. are used. The touch power-on device is manually triggered. When the human hand touches the temperature sensor and pressure sensor module, the power supply is automatically turned on and the electric soldering iron is heated. The high-temperature melting soldering device can heat up quickly when the power is turned on, so that the manual waiting time is shortened. The automatic power-off device works when the electric soldering iron is not in use, which can not only ensure the saving of electric energy, but also avoid danger when people are not around.
(2) The smoke removal device consists of a smoke duct, a smoking device and a smoke filter. The position of the pipe head can be adjusted freely according to the needs of the flue gas duct, which ensures the dynamic welding needs. When smoking, a vacuum environment is formed inside the device, and then the valve is opened to suck away the smoke generated during spot welding.
