Measuring principle of laser thickness gauge
Use two laser sensors to install above and below the measured object (paper), and fix the sensors on a stable support to ensure that the lasers of the two sensors can be aligned at the same point. As the object moves, the sensor begins to sample its surface, and measures the distance between the upper and lower surfaces of the target and the upper and lower paired laser displacement sensors. The measured value is transmitted to the computer through the serial port, and then through our thickness measurement on the computer. The software processes to obtain the thickness value of the target.
