Selection of soldering iron tip for welding motor and what precautions
The professionally designed soldering iron tip for the soldering process required by the motor has high requirements on the size and processing of the soldering iron tip due to the small amount of tin added to the solder joints and the processed products, and the tolerance is small. The inclination angle of the welding motor can be around 40 degrees. Two parts to be welded can reach the same temperature in the same time, which is considered as an ideal state of heating.
Welding motor tip selection:
Models of motor-specific soldering iron tips: 2BF, 2.5BF, 2CF, 2.5CF, 2.5BCF, 3CF, 2.5DF, 2.8DF, 3.0DF, C, 3.2D, 3.0D, C-type, etc.
Applications:
It is used for spot welding and pressure sensitive welding of rotor soldering machine. Micro-motor, motor rotor welding wire dedicated automatic solder nozzle.
Note: BF is tin on the tip, CF/BCF is tin on the slope, DF is tin on one side, D is tin on one side/tin on both sides
Precautions for welding motor:
The surrounding area of the motor pad must be > 3mm away from other components to avoid short circuit caused by soldering iron tip scraping tin. Avoid the inconvenience of manual welding.
The distance between the periphery of the motor pad and the exposed copper area must be > 5mm, so as to avoid interference caused by the soldering iron tip scraping the soldering iron tip to the exposed copper area or being misjudged as a bad motherboard.
