Thanks for France customer's review on our GVDA GD107 pen type multimeter
At 72, I am no professional electrician but I can still wire a plug, trace circuits, carry out basic circuit tests and needed a simple multimeter for these functions ranging from the “Is it live and what voltage” to “do we have a continuous circuit” in the case of fault failure tracing. It is a very neat, lightweight multimeter with so many possible functions for the measurement of voltage, current, resistance and even phase. Not sure if I would play with 440v 3 phase having seen what it did to a professional engineers screwdriver and his blackened face! I see that there are several excellent Italian reviews,for the nitty gritty details. Basically, you get an extremely functional pen multimeter with two probes, 2 x AAA batteries to fire up the meter and a better than average instruction book. So, good for an experienced amateur, good price. I could have done with this meter when I built radios back in the days of discrete components like transistors , resistors diodes and capacitors before IC’s – although it looks like it works well with the modern equivalents!
