11 safe operating procedures for instruments
1. Be familiar with the working principles of instruments and meters, be proficient in operating methods, and carefully operate according to the job instructions for this position.
2. Preparation and inspection before operation:
1) Wear labor protection equipment, maintain environmental hygiene, and the work site should be tidy;
2) Clarify the testing tasks and prepare testing equipment and tools;
3) Check that the instrument wiring is correct, not loose, and well grounded;
4) Check that the insulated floor is laid in the correct position, without damage or conductors, and plays a protective role;
5) Check that the instruments are working properly before entering the working state. Otherwise, report for repair immediately.
3. When entering the working state, it is strictly forbidden to touch the power inlet terminal with hands. Any terminal should be regarded as live.
4. Strictly follow the operation instructions.
5. Before performing insulation and voltage-resistant operations, check that protective shoes and insulating gloves should be free of damage and moisture. Work can only be carried out after wearing them.
6. Pay attention to the voltage and current indications of instruments at any time. When there is overvoltage or overcurrent, the power supply should be cut off immediately and the work should be stopped and reported to the relevant leader. The operator should monitor and not resume work until the fault is eliminated.
7. When performing high and low temperature aging work, carefully observe the temperature changes. When overtemperature is found, the temperature should be adjusted within the working range in time. If the adjustment is out of control, the power supply should be cut off immediately to stop working, and the machine should be reported for repair in time.
8. The disassembly, assembly, wiring and maintenance of instruments and meters must be carried out by professionals. If the operator handles the equipment without authorization, it will be regarded as a serious violation and appropriate sanctions will be given depending on the severity of the case.
9. The operator has the right to refuse instructions for illegal operations.
10. Operators support the work of safety officers at all levels of the company and consciously accept their supervision, inspection and guidance.
11. End work
1) Move the handle knobs of each instrument to the stop position;
2) Cut off the power;
3) Carry out daily maintenance.
