2. Preparation and inspection before operation:

5. Before the insulation and pressure-resistant operation, the protective shoes and insulating gloves should be free from damage and moisture, and the work can only be carried out after wearing them.


6. Pay attention to the voltage and current indications of instruments and meters at any time. When overvoltage and overcurrent occur, immediately cut off the power supply and stop working and report to the relevant leaders. Before the fault is eliminated, the operator should monitor and not resume work.


7. When carrying out high and low temperature aging work, carefully observe the change of temperature. When it is found that the temperature is too high, the temperature should be adjusted within the working range in time.


8. The disassembly, wiring and maintenance of instruments and meters are carried out by professionals. If the operator handles it without authorization, it will be regarded as a serious violation of regulations, and appropriate punishment will be given according to the seriousness of the circumstances.


9. The operator has the right to refuse the command of illegal operations.


10. Operators support the work of safety officers at all levels of the company and consciously accept their supervision, inspection and guidance.


11. End work


1) Turn the knob of each instrument handle to the stop position;


2) Cut off the power supply;


3) Carry out daily maintenance.
