Advantages of Portable Combustible Gas Detectors

① Low power consumption: The continuous working time under normal monitoring status is no less than 8 hours.

② LCD display: Equipped with an LCD screen to intuitively display the on-site gas concentration value.

③ Digital modular design: Adopts high-speed CPU for data processing, with functions of automatic fault identification, automatic alarming and automatic over-range protection against excessive concentration.

④ High-precision measuring sensor: Fitted with imported gas-sensing components, featuring high accuracy, high reliability, excellent gas selectivity and strong anti-interference performance.

⑤ Long service life of battery: Uses high-performance rechargeable lithium battery with charging protection and low-voltage protection to guarantee reliable operation and prolonged battery lifespan.

Combustible gas detectors are calibrated and manufactured according to the specific gases to be monitored at the application site. They are detectors that respond to the concentration of single or multiple combustible gases. Combustible gas detectors are mandatory for all locations where flammable and explosive gases may exist.

Installation Precautions for Combustible Gas Detectors

① Complete wiring work with the power disconnected, and switch on the power only after verifying correct wiring. Debug the probe via remote control only when no combustible gas leakage is confirmed on site.

② Install the detector within a 1-meter radius around valves, pipe joints, gas outlets and other potential leakage points. Mount it as close as possible without obstructing the operation of other equipment.

③ For large-area monitoring, install one probe per 20 to 50 square meters to realize effective safety supervision.

④ Installation height requirement: For gases lighter than air such as hydrogen, natural gas and town gas, install the detector approximately 1 meter below the ceiling. For gases heavier than air like liquefied petroleum gas, mount it 1.5 to 2 meters above the ground.

⑤ Available installation methods include ceiling suspension, wall mounting and pipeline connection. Ensure solid and reliable fixation. An infrared remote controller is supplied for convenient commissioning and operation.

⑥ All on-site wiring shall be laid inside conduits complying with fire protection codes, and the conduits shall be connected tightly to the probe to meet fire safety standards.

⑦ Fix the sensor with the sensing element pointing downward during installation.

⑧ Use shielded cables for wiring with a single conductor cross-section larger than 1 mm². The shielding layer must be grounded during wiring.
