Analysis of fault causes of wind direction anemometer sensor
The wind direction and wind speed recorder is developed using a wind direction and wind speed sensor. Some faults may occur in the sensor during use. The following is an analysis of the fault causes of the wind direction and wind speed recorder sensor:
(1) Wind speed sensor: The rotation is not flexible and stuck; the wind speed indication value is 0m/s; the wind speed indication value is significantly different from the electric wind speed indication value; the starting wind speed is obviously high; it is normal at low wind speed and the wind speed is high Sometimes it is abnormal or obviously low. When encountering the above situation, you can perform this analysis. Measure the wind speed sensor while it is powered on. If there is a fault, replace the sensor. If there is a jamming phenomenon, disassemble the sensor for maintenance and cleaning or replace the sensor. If the wind speed indication is 0m/s, check the cable and If there is any problem with the power supply system, use backup equipment to go online and rotate the wind speed axis. If the axis rotates flexibly and there is no obvious noise, it means that the rotating part of the wind speed sensor is working normally. Check whether the indication value has data. If there is data, check whether other parts are working normally. , if there is no data, the wind speed sensor is faulty, replace the sensor; use a multimeter to detect whether there is a frequency change between FS and ground in the outdoor signal adapter box, if not, the sensor is faulty; use a wind direction and wind speed calibrator to check whether the wind direction sensor is working normal.
(2) Wind direction sensor: The wind vane rotates inflexibly and is stuck; the wind direction indication value is unchanged at 239°; the wind direction indication value is 0°; there is a significant deviation between the wind direction indication value and the electric wind direction indication value; the individual wind direction azimuth values Incorrect; the wind vane rotates but the wind direction indication remains unchanged, etc. Measure the wind direction sensor while it is live. If it is faulty, replace the sensor. If stuck, replace the sensor or disassemble the sensor for maintenance and cleaning. If it remains unchanged at 239°, the signal is open, check the connector and cable. Check if the wind direction indication is 0°. Cables and power supply systems; use backup equipment to connect, turn the wind vane, if it can rotate so that the wind direction indication value is 239°, it means the wind direction sensor is working normally, then check whether other parts are working normally; use backup equipment to get online, turn the wind vane, and always If the wind direction indication does not appear at 239°, and jump displays often appear in other directions, it means that some infrared light-emitting diodes in the wind direction sensor are broken. Check and repair; use the wind direction and speed calibrator to check whether the wind direction sensor is working normally.
Through the above method, the wind direction and wind speed recorder is used to analyze the fault of the wind direction and wind speed sensor. Through fault analysis, the best method is adopted to solve the problem and ensure that the wind direction and wind speed recorder can accurately monitor changes in wind direction and speed at all times during the monitoring process.
