Any problem is accompanied by temperature rise, or the temperature curve is completely different from the surrounding temperature, so it can be located by portable heat display system. In most cases, problems can be found and corrected in time before stopping the process flow.
Comparative analysis of on-line infrared thermometer and handheld thermometer;
On-line infrared thermometer is mostly used for on-line temperature measurement in industrial production site, which measures the temperature of a certain link of the production line in real time and transmits/displays it in the control room, or even directly participates in closed-loop control. Such a thermometer generally requires long-term stability and reliability.
The hand-held infrared thermometer is a kind of portable infrared thermometer, which is small and portable.
The difference between on-line and hand-held infrared thermometers lies in the use environment, and the temperature measurement accuracy is different. Hand-held infrared thermometers can be used in indoor and outdoor working environments because they are easy to carry, and are basically not limited by environmental sites. However, compared with on-line infrared thermometers, their temperature measurement accuracy is slightly worse. The on-line infrared thermometers are larger than hand-held ones, so they are not easy to move and are limited by the use site, but their temperature measurement accuracy is high, and they can also be compared and analyzed online. In industry, the accuracy of on-line thermometer is much higher.
