Measurement of the temperature of the vault of the hot blast stove
The vault of the hot blast stove is a special occasion. The measurement of the vault temperature must not only solve the high temperature and high pressure problems of the measured target, but also adapt to the requirements of the open-air environment changes throughout the year. After repeated practice and improvement, we have designed a set of special protection devices with sealed windows. The method of use is to fix the infrared probe equipped with a protective device on the vault where the thermocouple was originally inserted, so that the probe can pass through the sealed window and the thermocouple jack, aim at the inside of the hot blast stove, and measure the temperature of the hot blast stove vault. After the probe signal is sent to the instrument box installed on the control cabinet for processing through the cable, the temperature value is displayed and a 4-20mA standard current signal is output, which is sent to the recorder or computer for processing. Because the infrared probe of this system does not touch the high-temperature target, it is stable, reliable, and has a long service life. It can usually run continuously for more than five years, which can reduce the consumption of thermocouples and greatly reduce equipment operating costs and maintenance workload.


Measurement of the internal temperature of the hot air duct
The temperature measuring device of this system is basically similar to the vault temperature measuring system. Install the infrared probe equipped with the protection device on the original thermocouple socket of the hot air duct, pass the infrared probe through the sealing window of the protection device, and then pass through the original electric current The jack of the pair is aimed at the inside of the hot air duct, so as to measure the temperature inside the hot air duct. Since the temperature measuring probe of this system is installed outside the sealed window, the entire temperature measuring system is completely isolated from the hot air in the pipe, so the system can be performed without affecting the working state of the hot air in the pipe when changing the probe or other maintenance work. However, the commonly used thermocouples must be replaced under the off-air condition. In addition, thermocouples are consumables and are frequently damaged. This temperature measurement system can reduce the consumption of thermocouples and reduce the operating cost of equipment. At present, this system has been used by Benxi Iron and Steel, Chenggang, Laiwu Steel and other units, and has achieved good economic benefits.

Measurement of molten iron temperature in front of furnace


The method of measuring the molten iron in front of the furnace by the infrared thermometer is: fix the infrared temperature measuring probe equipped with a blower jacket on a bracket 5-15 meters away from the molten iron, and aim at the molten iron ditch to continuously scan and measure each furnace of molten iron. The temperature signal measured by the probe is connected to the recorder to print the temperature curve or sent to the computer for data processing. The biggest advantage of this system is that it can automatically and continuously measure the temperature of each furnace of molten iron, which can effectively avoid the influence of human factors caused by manual insertion temperature measurement. By analyzing the recorded temperature curve or other computer processing information, it can truly reflect the change trend of the temperature of each furnace molten iron, intuitively read the maximum temperature of each furnace, and provide a strong basis for production management and process improvement. At present, the system has been used by Egang, Shougang and other units, and has been well received by users.
