It should be placed in a cool, dry place without dust, acid, alkali and steam. Cover it with a cover when not in use. All lenses of the metallographic image analyzer have been calibrated and are not allowed to be disassembled by yourself. If there are stains on the mirror surface, use absorbent cotton slightly dipped in alcohol mixture (mixing ratio 7:3) to wipe it gently. Be careful not to let the alcohol penetrate into the objective lens. Internally, to prevent the lens from coming off. The dust on the mirror surface can be blown away with a blower or gently wiped with a clean brush. When cleaning the mechanical parts, apply non-corrosive lubricant and oil. The manufacturer will not be restricted by changes in eyepiece specifications and equipment without further notice. The barrel cap covers the lens barrel to prevent dust. After using the 100X objective lens, the oil should be wiped clean immediately with a fine soft cloth, absorbent cotton dipped in the mixture.
How to replace the bulb of a metallographic analyzer microscope: Before replacing the bulb, unplug the power plug of the instrument. After the bulb cools down, turn the microscope sideways and open the lamp chamber cover at the bottom of the microscope stand to replace the bulb. When replacing the light bulb, be careful not to touch the light bulb directly with your fingers. Be careful not to stain the surface of the light bulb with finger grease. Do not turn on the power switch of the microscope before the lamp chamber cover is closed. After replacing the bulb, check the center of the filament and move the bulb slightly up, down, left and right until the filament spot is basically in the center of the aperture diaphragm.
