Bus Oscilloscope Module Features
Bus Oscilloscope Module is a 4-channel 500MHz bandwidth high-performance VXI bus oscilloscope module with 100MSa/s sampling rate, 1MB memory depth, message-based, C-size, dual-slot module, in line with Plug&Play specifications. Provide waveform acquisition, waveform parameter measurement and data acquisition capabilities, taking into account the broadband signal testing and real-time data acquisition needs, widely used in a variety of VXI bus automatic test system.
Features of Bus Oscilloscope Module
●Real-time data acquisition: the highest sampling resolution of 10ns can cover a time range of 10ms.
Sequential one-shot sampling: 1024 waveform records can be acquired continuously, which is suitable for capturing consecutive one-shot events.
Repeatable sampling capability: 200GSa/s equivalent sampling rate, 12bit effective amplitude resolution for average mode waveforms.
◆Standard Pulse Parameter Measurement
Simultaneous measurement of four parameters. The measured parameters can be easily selected by mouse click.
◆VXI bus features
512KB shared memory, SCpI control commands, Windows 9x/NT/Xp compatible instrument driver and virtual instrument panel.
